generally grows on the soles of the feet. Typical of this wart is it grows
inside the skin unlike others that develops outside. On sole it appears to have
a little opening with hard skin surrounding. It causes pressure pain while
walking.
Flat warts (verruca plana)
Pink, brownish, or
slightly yellow flat warts usually grow on the face, thighs, or arms. They
are noticeable only on close observation. Flat warts have a flat top, as if
they’ve been scrapped.
Filiform warts
Filiform warts are
small skin colour like a tiny flap or tag of skin that develop around mouth, nose
and sometimes on neck or under chin.
Peri-ungual warts
Peri-ungual
warts grow under the toenails and fingernails. They can be painful and
affect nail growth.
